General sales conditions


The products offered on our website and catalogs are aimed at companies, professionals and end users worldwide. All products in our catalogs and web are subject to availability according to stock.


The sales prices of our catalogs and web do not include VAT, and will be expressed in Euros, allowing to make the change to different currencies. The prices shown in our sales documents are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors.


Our goods travel to any territory with the postage included in the quotation, and by our usual transport. The following will also be sent carriage forward: special orders; any other mode of transport chosen by the customer. We remind you of the legal obligation of the recipient (Article 366 – Commercial Code), to check the goods at the time of delivery, and in case of visible defects, never sign the goods as conforming, but to make an immediate complaint to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery note, and, in case of hidden damage inside the package, to make the complaint within the corresponding time limit, contacting Klixer (complaints made at a later date will not be valid). If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the consignee is not obliged to accept them, and in the event of refusal, must inform us immediately.


Shipping costs are added to the price of the order. Customs in your country may ask you to pay for the import of goods.

Each country applies different fees. Please take this into account before ordering and/or consult with your country’s customs department once you have the order price + shipping cost.

If you decide not to pay the customs cost the goods will be blocked. It will not be possible to recover the shipping, so your purchase amount will not be refunded.


Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not refund shipping costs for packages that do not meet the estimated delivery date, nor will we refund shipping costs for returned items. If you have any shipping or delivery questions, please contact Customer Service at

Product Warranty. All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice. The conformity of the product is guaranteed in accordance with the use for which it is intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the products.

Within the warranty period, we will remedy, free of charge, any malfunction of the device due to its manufacture, either by repairing, replacing parts or providing a new device, provided that the option chosen is feasible and is not economically disproportionate at our discretion. Klixer will assume all costs for warranty postage in the event that the warranty is applicable.

Once the malfunction has been confirmed by our Technical Assistance Service, the exchanged or repaired goods will be returned to the customer at ICORAC S.L.’s expense. If it is found that there is no defect in the material or that the warranty does not apply, the goods will be returned carriage forward according to the customer’s instructions, with the corresponding labor costs being invoiced.

Klixer will not be responsible for faults due to negligence or improper use of the products. It will also be void in the event of tampering with any part of the product, as well as repairs caused by normal wear and tear of the various components. Breakdowns as a result of knocks or accidents are also not covered.

The manipulation or breakage of the seals of guarantee on the part of the user, annul the validity of the same one.

If you observe any incidence due to the transport (breakages, blows, etc.,) communicate it within 48 hours after the reception of the material writing to indicating the occurred damage and the number of delivery note or purchase. After this period no transport incident will be covered.


The acceptance of the merchandise presupposes the conformity of the buyer with all these conditions of sale, and the special ones of each mercantile operation. The Guarantee service offered by Icorac allows you to return products damaged during transport and you will have 15 days to make your returns provided that the incident has been reported within 48 hours of receipt of the material. ICORAC, S.L. reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of the goods for all returns if the return conditions set out in our General Conditions of Sale are not met.


ICORAC SL (trademark: KLIXER) offers a period of 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to test and return your purchase. After this time no returns will be accepted.

The customer assumes the return shipping costs.

To be refunded the product must be received in the same condition in which it was sent.

Any product that is returned and that is not in the original conditions we can refuse the refund of the amount of the order. In such cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange to pick up the order directly with us or pay the shipping costs to receive it back.


Klixer shall in no event be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from the improper use of its products. Klixer’s sole obligation will consist of repairing (see WARRANTIES section) or, if necessary, replacing the quantity of product found to be defective, and Klixer will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by the use of the same. Klixer reserves the right to modify the design or characteristics of the products without prior notice.

10. PAYMENT: Payment is due in cash and without discount unless otherwise stated on the invoice (see our payment methods). In the event that payment of all or part of the goods is not made on the due date, payment will be demanded immediately and as of right. The costs of any legal action shall be borne by the debtor. Payment by credit card shall be made through the secure PAYPAL or STRIPE platform, the customer accepting the implicit terms and conditions. In compliance with current legislation, your card details will be automatically deleted once the amount of the order has been charged.


As long as the corresponding invoice has not been paid in full, the products remain the property of Klixer with all rights.


Any disputes that may arise will be dealt with by the courts of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
