All Klixer machines come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
If you do not have a positive experience for any reason, we will make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Any returned product that may be defective and still under warranty may be returned for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair the product. If repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a new one.
It is the customer’s responsibility to package orders correctly, so that they reach us safely. Once we receive the product and check it, if it is not defective, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pick up the product or pay the shipping costs if he/she wishes to retrieve it.
The 12 month warranty is void if the machine shows signs of:
- Having been dropped
- Liquid inside the internal body and motor components
- It has been opened and tampered with
- Internal parts have been replaced by someone outside of the klixer repair team.
If an item is out of warranty, the customer will be informed of the cost of repair and shipping before proceeding.
