    The kit consists of: 

    • The Klixer® tool. Its ergonomic design allows various grip modes so you can work comfortably and quickly. Klixer® has compact measurements (130 x 50 x40 mm) and rounded shapes that adapt to hands of all sizes. Its weight is only 150 gr. so that everyone can handle it freely for long periods of time without fatigue.
    • A set of six spare tips, three of it with 0.65mm hook and three more with 0.80mm hook. This tip has been designed and manufactured to carry out its work over many hours of work without experiencing wear or loss of performance. It is easily replaceable and new parts can be purchased in packs of 3 or 10 units through our online store.
    • A set of two caps, large and small, made of highly resistant and durable material. The cap is easily replaceable and new parts can be purchased in packs of 3 units through our online store.
    • An instruction booklet with all the information you need to start using Klixer® immediately, safely and quickly.
    • A plug adapter suitable for the geographic area from which the purchase was made.

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Our business hours are 09:00 (CET, UTC+1) to 18:00 (CET, UTC+1) from Monday to Friday.

    Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.

    After your order and payment are successfully registered, your package will be packed and processed within 48 hours. Your tracking number may take up to 72 hours to reach you.

    Shipping cost is based on the volume price of your order, your destination and shipping method.

    We will notify you if there are any questions about your order. Please pay attention to your email.

    SHIPPING ZONES

    We ship worldwide. If you have doubts if we can ship to your country please make the consultation in the mail klixer@klixer.com. If you place an order and we are unable to ship via DHL we will inform you by e-mail and a full refund will be applied.

    SHIPPING TIMES

    Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not refund shipping costs for packages that do not meet the estimated delivery date, nor will we refund shipping costs for returned items.     Processing Time: 1-2 days
    Shipping time within the European Union: 2-4 business days.
    Shipping time outside the European Union: 3-6 business days.

    SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES

    The cost of shipping depends on the weight and volume of the order, and the country of origin and destination of the shipment.

    ICORAC S.L., the manufacturer of Klixer, is a company based in Spain (European Union), the country from which shipments are made.

    ON PURCHASES MADE FROM SPAIN:
    Shipping costs and VAT (Value Added Tax) are added to the price of the order.

    IN PURCHASES FROM THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:
    In purchases made by individuals: shipping costs and VAT are added to the price of the order.
    For company purchases (VAT number required) shipping costs are added to the order price.

    FOR PURCHASES FROM NON-EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES:
    Shipping costs are added to the order price. The Customs of your country may ask you to pay a fee for the import of goods.
    Each country applies different fees. Please take this into account before placing your order and/or consult with your country’s customs department once you have the order price + shipping cost.
    If you decide not to pay the shipping cost and the goods are blocked in customs. The shipment cannot be recovered, so your purchase amount will not be refunded.

    LOST PACKAGE AND DETERMINATION OF LIABILITY

    If the postal address of the order is incorrect and it is not possible to recover the package, the recipient is responsible for the losses, so ICORAC (KLIXER trademark) will not reimburse the amount.

    ICORAC SL shall be liable for losses caused by the courier company in transit when the delivery details entered when placing the order are correct.

    RETURN

    ICORAC SL (trademark: KLIXER) offers a period of 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to test and return your purchase. After this time no returns will be accepted.

    The customer assumes the return shipping costs. To be refunded, the product must be received in the same condition in which it was sent.

    Any product that is returned and that is not in the original conditions can result in the refusal of the refund of the amount of the order. In such cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange to pick up the order directly with us or pay the shipping costs to receive it back.

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    Please inform us in the email klixer@klixer.com of your desire to return the product indicating the purchase or order reference.

    Once the return has been requested:

    • You must prepare the package in the same conditions and with the original packaging received on delivery.
    • A DHL shipping label will be sent to you by mail.
    • The package will be picked up within approximately 48/72 hours by a DHL courier who will pick it up at the same address indicated in the order.
    • Within a maximum of 7 working days from the correct reception in our warehouse, the refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used in the original order.
    • You should note that if it is a credit/debit card, the refund, depending on the particular bank used, may take up to 30 days to be effective.

    The customer assumes the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. They may vary according to the costs marked by the courier.

    Once the refund has been completed by us, you will receive an email with confirmation of the refund.

    If your KLIXER machine is not working properly or is damaged, please refer to the warranty page.

    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

    In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

    Please notify the case to our contact email klixer@klixer.com. Notification of damage or fault must be made within 3 days of receipt.

    Products must be in the unused condition in which you received them and in the original box and packaging.

    A refund or replacement will only be issued once the product has been received and analyzed in our warehouse.

    REPAIR & WARRANTY

    KLIXER WARRANTY

    All Klixer machines come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.

    If you do not have a positive experience for any reason, we will make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

    Any returned product that may be defective and still under warranty may be returned for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair the product. If repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a new one.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to package orders correctly, so that they reach us safely. Once we receive the product and check it, if it is not defective, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pick up the product or pay the shipping costs if he/she wishes to retrieve it.

    The 12-month warranty is void if the machine shows signs of:

    • Having been dropped
    • Liquid inside the internal body and motor components
    • It has been opened and tampered with
    • Internal parts have been replaced by someone outside of the Klixer repair team

    If an item is out of warranty, the customer will be informed of the cost of repair and shipping before proceeding.

    In all cases, please contact us in the first instance for advice on how to proceed.

    REPAIRS OUT OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD

    If your tool breaks down after the 12 months of the warranty period, we can also repair it.

    In this case, as a customer, you will have to assume the shipping costs of the damaged tool to KLIXER’s headquarters, the repair estimate, and the new shipping costs.

    GENEREAL SALES CONDITIONS

    1. OFFER:

    The products offered on our website and catalogs are aimed at companies, professionals and end users worldwide. All products in our catalogs and web are subject to availability according to stock.

    2. PRICES:

    The sales prices of our catalogs and web do not include VAT, and will be expressed in Euros, allowing to make the change to different currencies. The prices shown in our sales documents are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors.

    3. TRANSPORTATION:

    Our goods travel to any territory with the postage included in the quotation, and by our usual transport. The following will also be sent carriage forward: special orders; any other mode of transport chosen by the customer. We remind you of the legal obligation of the recipient (Article 366 – Commercial Code), to check the goods at the time of delivery, and in case of visible defects, never sign the goods as conforming, but to make an immediate complaint to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery note, and, in case of hidden damage inside the package, to make the complaint within the corresponding time limit, contacting Klixer (complaints made at a later date will not be valid). If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the consignee is not obliged to accept them, and in the event of refusal, must inform us immediately.

    4. TARIFFS IN PURCHASES FROM COUNTRIES NOT MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:

    Shipping costs are added to the price of the order. Customs in your country may ask you to pay for the import of goods.

    6. GUARANTEES:

    Product Warranty. All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice. The conformity of the product is guaranteed in accordance with the use for which it is intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the products.

    Within the warranty period, we will remedy, free of charge, any malfunction of the device due to its manufacture, either by repairing, replacing parts or providing a new device, provided that the option chosen is feasible and is not economically disproportionate at our discretion. Klixer will assume all costs for warranty postage in the event that the warranty is applicable.

    Once the malfunction has been confirmed by our Technical Assistance Service, the exchanged or repaired goods will be returned to the customer at ICORAC S.L.’s expense. If it is found that there is no defect in the material or that the warranty does not apply, the goods will be returned carriage forward according to the customer’s instructions, with the corresponding labor costs being invoiced.

    Klixer will not be responsible for faults due to negligence or improper use of the products. It will also be void in the event of tampering with any part of the product, as well as repairs caused by normal wear and tear of the various components. Breakdowns as a result of knocks or accidents are also not covered.

    The manipulation or breakage of the seals of guarantee on the part of the user, annul the validity of the same one.

    If you observe any incidence due to the transport (breakages, blows, etc.,) communicate it within 48 hours after the reception of the material writing to klixer@klixer.com indicating the occurred damage and the number of delivery note or purchase. After this period no transport incident will be covered.

    7. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

    The acceptance of the merchandise presupposes the conformity of the buyer with all these conditions of sale, and the special ones of each mercantile operation. The Guarantee service offered by Icorac allows you to return products damaged during transport and you will have 15 days to make your returns provided that the incident has been reported within 48 hours of receipt of the material. ICORAC, S.L. reserves the right not to reimburse the amount of the goods for all returns if the return conditions set out in our General Conditions of Sale are not met.

    8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    9. LIABILITY:

    Klixer shall in no event be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from the improper use of its products. Klixer’s sole obligation will consist of repairing (see WARRANTIES section) or, if necessary, replacing the quantity of product found to be defective, and Klixer will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by the use of the same. Klixer reserves the right to modify the design or characteristics of the products without prior notice.

    10. PAYMENT: Payment is due in cash and without discount unless otherwise stated on the invoice (see our payment methods). In the event that payment of all or part of the goods is not made on the due date, payment will be demanded immediately and as of right. The costs of any legal action shall be borne by the debtor. Payment by credit card shall be made through the secure PAYPAL or STRIPE platform, the customer accepting the implicit terms and conditions. In compliance with current legislation, your card details will be automatically deleted once the amount of the order has been charged.

    11. RESERVATION OF TITLE:

    As long as the corresponding invoice has not been paid in full, the products remain the property of Klixer with all rights.

    12. DISPUTES:

    Any disputes that may arise will be dealt with by the courts of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
