2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Products offered on this website are available worldwide and are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. PRICES
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) unless otherwise indicated.

For non-EU customers, import duties and local taxes may apply.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES (NON-EU ORDERS)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay customs charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed, shipping costs and related expenses will not be refunded.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
EU: 2–5 business days
Non-EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are not grounds for compensation.
6. WARRANTY
6.1 European Union Consumers
For consumers residing in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable national law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
6.2 Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, we offer a limited commercial warranty of 1 year from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use or misuse

Professional abuse beyond intended use

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Broken seals
If a defect is confirmed, we may repair or replace the product at our discretion.
If no defect is found, return shipping costs may be charged.
7. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Visible transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to claim against the carrier.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
European Union consumers have a legal 14-day withdrawal right as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
For non-EU customers, returns are subject to our commercial return policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ICORAC SL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
10. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other certified payment providers.
We do not store credit card details.
Ownership of goods remains with ICORAC SL until full payment is received.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, designs, images and content remain the property of ICORAC SL.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may apply.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
