WARRANTY POLICY

1. LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
ICORAC SL (KLIXER trademark) provides a limited commercial warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery for all KLIXER devices purchased through our official website or authorized distributors.
This commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults attributable to production or materials under normal use in accordance with the instruction manual.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or improper maintenance

Damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops or liquid exposure
-
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
-
Use contrary to the instruction manual

Tampering with warranty seals
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ICORAC SL will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or
-
Replace defective parts, or
-
Replace the product
If the defect is not covered under this commercial warranty, the product may be returned at the customer’s expense and repair costs may be quoted.
This commercial warranty applies worldwide and is independent from any mandatory legal rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
2. LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS
For consumers residing in the European Union, this commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity established under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the applicable national legislation of the consumer’s country of residence.
EU consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for the period established by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
This commercial warranty does not limit or replace those statutory rights.
The specific duration, conditions and burden of proof applicable will be determined by the national legislation of the consumer’s country of residence.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
3. WARRANTY PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim:

Description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the defect
If the claim appears eligible, return instructions will be provided.
Products must not be returned without prior written authorization.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
If the defect is confirmed as covered under the applicable commercial or legal warranty:
ICORAC SL will assume reasonable shipping costs related to repair or replacement where required by applicable law.
If the product is inspected and found not to be covered:
Return shipping and handling costs may be charged to the customer.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The remedies described above constitute the sole and exclusive remedies under this commercial warranty.
ICORAC SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income or business interruption arising from the use of the product.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
