RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at:

Before the 14-day period expires.

The product must be returned:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • With original packaging

  • Without signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product

You are responsible for return shipping costs. The customer must arrange the return shipment independently. We do not provide return labels or collection services.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received at our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.


2. Returns Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union (including USA, Canada and Australia), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • No visible signs of wear or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom duties, import taxes or shipping fees are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for correctly declaring the shipment as “returned goods”. Any import duties, taxes or additional fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds may be refused or partially issued depending on the condition of the returned product.


3. Condition of Returned Products

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or apply partial refunds if:

  • The product shows signs of professional use

  • The product is damaged

  • Parts are missing

  • The product is returned incomplete

If the return is rejected, the customer may request the product to be shipped back at their expense.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Please send:

  • Order reference

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it at no additional cost

Return shipping costs will be covered only in confirmed defect cases.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted after the 14-day period has expired.

Products that have been heavily used or modified are not eligible for return.
