Order Processing & Business Hours

Our business hours are 09:00 (CET, UTC+1) to 18:00 (CET, UTC+1) from Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.

After your order and payment are successfully registered, your package will be packed and processed within 48 hours. Your tracking number may take up to 72 hours to reach you.

Shipping cost is based on the volume, price of your order, destination, and shipping method.

We will notify you if there are any issues with your order. Please check your email regularly.

Ensure you provide a complete shipping address, including street, floor, zip code, town, province or district, country, email, and contact phone number.

We ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us at klixer@klixer.com. If you place an order and we are unable to ship via DHL, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the country of origin and destination.

ICORAC S.L., the manufacturer of Klixer®, is based in Spain (European Union), where shipments are processed.

Orders from Spain

Shipping costs and VAT (Value Added Tax) are added to the total price of the order.

Orders from the European Union

For individual customers: Shipping costs and VAT are included in the order price.
For businesses (with a valid VAT number): Shipping costs are included, but VAT is exempt.

Orders from Non-European Union Countries

Shipping costs are included in the order price. However, customs in your country may require an import fee.
Import fees vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is held at customs, the shipment cannot be recovered, and no refunds will be issued.

Lost Packages & Liability

If an incorrect postal address is provided and the package cannot be recovered, the customer assumes responsibility for the loss. ICORAC S.L. (Klixer® brand) will not issue a refund in such cases.

ICORAC S.L. is responsible for losses caused by the courier company during transit, provided that the correct delivery details were submitted at the time of purchase.

Return Policy – Hassle-Free 14-Day Guarantee

ICORAC S.L. (Klixer® brand) offers a 14-day return period from the date you receive your shipment. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

The customer assumes the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition.

Any returned product that does not meet the original condition may result in a denied refund. In such cases, the customer must either arrange a pickup or pay the shipping costs for re-delivery.

How to Return Your Klixer® Order

Email us at klixer@klixer.com with your order reference and request a return.

Return Process:

  • Prepare the package in its original condition and packaging.
  • A DHL return shipping label will be sent via email.
  • The package will be collected within 48-72 hours by a DHL courier at the address provided during the order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
  • If payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund process may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount and vary based on courier rates.

Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your Klixer® machine is not functioning properly or is damaged, please visit our warranty page for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Please report any damages within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing klixer@klixer.com.

The item must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging.

A refund or replacement will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Klixer® 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Klixer® machines come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.

If you do not have a positive experience for any reason, we will make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Any product returned as defective while still under warranty will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair the product. If repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a new one.

Important Warranty Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item correctly to ensure safe arrival. If the product is not defective upon inspection, the customer must arrange pickup or pay for return shipping if they wish to retrieve it.

The 12-month warranty is void if the machine shows signs of:

  • Physical damage from being dropped
  • Liquid damage inside internal components
  • Unauthorized tampering or opening of the device
  • Replacement of internal parts by a third party outside of the Klixer® repair team

If an item is out of warranty, the customer will be informed of the repair and shipping costs before proceeding.

Repairs After Warranty Expiration

If your Klixer® tool breaks down after the 12-month warranty period, we offer repair services.

Out-of-warranty repairs require the customer to cover:

  • Shipping costs for sending the damaged tool to Klixer® headquarters
  • The repair estimate, which will be communicated before any work is done
  • Shipping costs for returning the repaired tool

1. Product Availability & Offer

The products available on our website and catalogs are aimed at businesses, professionals, and end users worldwide. All items are subject to availability based on stock.

2. Prices & Currency

Prices listed in our catalogs and website do not include VAT and are displayed in Euros, with options to convert to other currencies. Prices remain valid during their stated period unless there is a printing error.

3. Shipping & Transportation Policy

Our products are shipped worldwide with postage included in the quotation, using our standard transport services.

Important shipping terms:

  • Special orders or alternative transport choices by customers will be sent carriage forward.
  • Per Article 366 of the Commercial Code, the recipient must inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is visible, do not sign as conforming—file an immediate complaint with the carrier.
  • For concealed damages, claims must be made within the legal timeframe.
  • If goods are damaged beyond usability, the recipient is not required to accept them and must notify us immediately.

6. Warranty Policy – 12-Month Coverage

All Klixer® products include a 1-year warranty from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.

Within the warranty period, we will repair, replace parts, or provide a new device at no cost if the malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty does not cover damages from misuse, wear and tear, tampering, or accidental damage.

To claim a warranty, contact us at klixer@klixer.com within 48 hours of detecting the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges – Damaged or Defective Products

Customers have 15 days to return items damaged in transit, provided the claim is made within 48 hours of receipt.

If a return does not meet Klixer®'s conditions, a refund may not be issued.

8. Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers have 14 days from the receipt date to return a purchase. After this period, returns are not accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

If the returned product is damaged or missing components, the refund may be denied. In such cases, customers must arrange pickup or pay for re-shipping.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Klixer® is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products. Our sole responsibility is to repair or replace defective items.

Klixer® reserves the right to modify product design or features without prior notice.

10. Payment Methods & Security

All payments are due in full unless otherwise specified. If a customer fails to make full payment, Klixer® reserves the right to demand immediate settlement.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Stripe, which ensure secure transactions.

To comply with security regulations, stored card details are automatically deleted after the transaction is completed.

11. Reservation of Title

Products remain the property of Klixer® until the corresponding invoice is paid in full.

12. Legal Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be settled in the Courts of Bilbao, Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
